KONE PSX Escalator Controller for London Underground


This custom fabricated enclosure was built to the customers own design and was fully electrically tested in our workshop. We used a machine simulator to check the functionality of the software and control equipment before going to site, saving valuable time during the final machine commissioning.

Carousel Upgrade

An existing obsolete control system was removed from the car headrest assembly machine during the summer shutdown period and replaced with a Siemens S7-300 based system and HMI.

The new control was designed to keep all the functionality of the original that it replaced, thereby ensuring the operator's continued familiarity while adding diagnostic information to aid fault finding.

The project was completed on time and within budget.

Meat Packaging Line Conveyors

We were asked to design and build stainless steel control panels for new meat processing and packaging site requiring 9 lines of conveyors that interfaced to cutting and wrapping machines. The design included product recipes on a user friendly touch screen to allow the conveyors to be run at varying speeds for different products. The lines were installed and we commissioned our software onsite.

Car Rubber Trim Cutting Press

This pneumatic press control panel designed and built in our Steeton premises incorporated a safety light guard and simple text display HMI (Human Machine Interface). The panel was installed and wired by ourselves to the machine before commissioning ready for customer trials.

The control software included full fault diagnostics and user prompts on the HMI.
