Overview

Control Applications has been designing and building small and medium sized quality control systems for 10 years. We have recently moved to new, larger premises in Steeton, near Keighley. The company is accredited with ISO9000, is an Omron Integration partner and also is an 'Investor in People'.

Services

Control Applications offers the following services

Custom design, build, installation and commissioning package of industrial control systems
Wiring harness building
Electrical control panel building using quality components
PLC Programmable Logic Controller) programming
HMI (Human Machine Interface) programming
PLC and electrical system troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.

Control Systems

We work closely with many engineering companies to offer a complete control system package for their custom built machines. The types of control include servo and inverter systems, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, Automotive assembly including Poke Yoke checking. We work regularly with a wide range of PLC's and HMI's including:

Allen Bradley SLC500, SLC 5/02, SLC 5/03, SLC 5/04
Siemens S7-200, S7-300, TP070, TP170, TP270
Mitsubishi FX1N and FX2N
Omron CPM1A, CPM2A, CPM2C, CJ1
Exor (Uniop)

Harnesses

Our wiring harness department produce high quality tested looms that are often used to drastically reduce time required for large electrical installations.

Panel Building

We currently have a panel building team of nine, assembling, building and testing industrial control panels.

During the first six months of 2006 we manufactured £90,000 worth of control equipment.

Design Team

We build electrical control panels in our workshop to customers own design.

Our two project engineers, with combined industrial experience of 40 years, are on hand for troubleshooting and fault diagnosis on any industrial control systems, offering support over the telephone or onsite tracing and remedying customers electrical and software problems.
