This particular system is for car door panels and takes the operator step by step through an assembly process with a vision system which then validates the correct operation to be carried out. The operator selects the variant to be built and the H.M.I. takes them through the build process, guiding the operator as to the correct component and colour to be fitted. As the various parts are fitted the system either confirms they are correct via the Vision system or by a handheld barcode reader. Once the door panel is fully assembled the system prints a batch label, complete with barcode, to enable identification when it is has been fitted to the end product.

Our team comes together from the initial design, to program, then onto panel build and delivery and onsite installlation!

This control panel enables the flow of copper and brass ore into a furnace.

It consists of a Lift system, that raises the material up to high level vibrating conveyors which then transfers the ore to the top of the furnace. As the ore is transferred, the weight is checked via a series of Dynamic scales.

This system communicates with the various control via Profinet.

During early 2014, we received an order for one of the largest 1 off contracts we have undertaken :
This was to upgrade an obsolete siemens S5-115 P.L.C. to a S7-1500.
This project was completed in under three months and was a team effort from design to installation with minimum desruption to the customer as we were able to work along side the existing sytem!

The P.L.C. controlled multiple conveyors & weighing scales that guided a product through the initail stages of a process for a major retailer.
This system controlls the production flow through a series of rails, depending upon their weight and grade, before releasing them to the next stage . It consists of multiple H.M.i’s and Barcode Readers to enable production staff to view any messages and to log the product information.
